JCP Drop-In Anchors, Zinc & Yellow Plated
We supply JCP zinc and yellow plated drop-in anchors from M6 to M20. A drop-in is a deformation-controlled, internally threaded socket anchor: set it with a punch and the permanent socket takes bolts or threaded studs, so the fixture can be removed and refitted without disturbing the anchor. The shouldered setting punch guarantees full expansion, driven until the shoulder aligns with the concrete surface.

Maximum installation torques per the table - a drop-in socket can be over-torqued, so treat these as maxima.

Drill to the anchor length, clean the hole, drop the anchor in and drive the internal plug down with the matching setting punch until the punch shoulder meets the anchor - that expands the base against the concrete. The internal thread then takes a bolt or stud at the torque in the table.
Which setting punch fits which anchor?
Each thread size has a matching JCP setting punch (DZSP series). Using the right punch matters because it sets the expansion plug to the designed depth. Setting tools are available - ask when you enquire.
