6mm dia. (40 - 300mm) Carbon steel, zinc and yellow plated

We supply JCP countersunk concrete screws in zinc and yellow plated steel, 6mm drill diameter, lengths 40mm to 300mm. A concrete screw is expansion-free: its hardened thread cuts into a 6mm pilot hole in concrete, blocks or masonry, driven with a TX30 bit. The capped range comes with a white cover cap and included driver bit; the uncapped range runs to 300mm.

Do concrete screws need a plug or anchor?

No - the screw taps its own thread in the 6mm drilled hole. Drill to the minimum hole depth, clear the dust and drive the screw with a TX30 bit. Because there is no expansion, they can be used closer to edges than expansion anchors, and they can be removed cleanly.

What lengths do you supply?

We supply the JCP range across a wide range of lengths - 40mm up to 300mm in the uncapped pattern. Tell us the fixture thickness and we will pick the length: fixture thickness plus the 40mm embedment sets the screw length, and the hole is drilled to the 45mm minimum depth.
