We supply JCP countersunk head sleeve anchors in zinc and yellow plated steel in 8mm and 10mm diameters, lengths 60mm to 100mm. The countersunk head pulls flush into the fixture - door frames, timber plates and anywhere a projecting head would foul - with a PH3 Phillips drive for installation.

How does the countersunk pattern seat flush?
The head is a countersunk profile with a PH3 recess: drill through the fixture and base material together, insert the anchor and tighten - the head draws down into a countersink in the fixture, leaving nothing proud of the surface.
